Can you elaborate on your first point? What do you mean exactly checking all rows? i.e. Bob selecting row by row until all of them are checked? Remember that permutation changes each time.

For the second point, a permutation of a row/column/grid does not really give away any information about the original solution. Any other valid solution could have generated that permutation, right?
